The women’s ministry is composed of female members of the church. Within this group, they have appointed a president who serves as leader, and a secretary. These dedicated women meet on a weekly basis to pray, discuss their goals, and plan upcoming activities for the week. Their sole mission is to help and support other women strengthen their spiritual faith, as well as empower, encourage and engage them within the community. Their goal is to see each member achieve her fullest potential as followers of Christ the Lord.
Some of their activities include:
• Bible study and prayer meeting
• Fellowship with other women’s ministry
• Participation in praise and worship at the church twice a month
• Skill development
• Community outreach
• Hospital visits monthly
• Fellowship and visits to support widows in the community
